We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server.
This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server.
We do not store your Credit Card data.
Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents.
We use them only to track this information.
Ordering & Shipping Policies
In Stock Orders
-In stock orders are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours during regular business days (Monday-Friday).
-Weekends and holiday shipment times are excluded.
-Tracking numbers will be provided for each order.
-If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
-When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
-You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
-Multiple back ordered items will be held until all items arrived, and shipped together.
-We do not hold in-stock orders for pre orders. In-stock items will ship within one to two business days.
-All pre ordered titles or titles that are awaiting repress are for a tentative release date.
-In some cases, title dates that are scheduled for release are pushed back, or cancelled, altogether, by the artist(s) or record companies, which is out of our control.
-Also, orders that are placed for upcoming releases are on a "first come, first serve" basis, and will be shipped upon arrival at our depot.
-All pre orders are shipped separate from in-stock orders and will have a separate shipping fee of $6.99 applied to each pre ordered title depending upon quantity, and if pre ordered titles arrive on the same date.
-You will be billed, once item arrives. Item will be held until payment for shipping is complete.
We do not hold in-stock orders for pre orders. In-stock items will ship within one to two business days.
Ohio residents will be charged 8% sales tax with each order.
We offer various shipping rates to better suit you.
**FREE** USPS Media Mail shipping with insurance for the merchandise amount on all orders over $89 within the lower 48 U.S. states, unless if a request to expedite shipping is upgraded (fees applied).
-Audio equipment orders over $89 will be shipped via UPS Ground.
-Email updates, and a tracking number (depending upon carrier) will be provided with each order.
-For all customers that prefer to have their items shipped Media Mail or through an economy service, we encourage you to insure the package against items being lost or damaged in transit.
-Some international orders may be restricted to certain countries.
-All international rates are based upon the weight of the item(s), and your location.
-Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
-Import taxes and fees may apply to certain countries.
Returns are accepted within 30 days.
Return requirements are:
-Items that show factory defects or damage.
-New LP factory defects such as: warped, or poorly pressed LP records.
-Item(s) damaged within transit.
-If a returned product meets AVA Sound Source return requirements, a full refund, or same product exchange option will be granted to the buyer.
-If damaged/returned products do not meet requirements, if it is showing to be non defective, or if buyer abuses return policy, there will be a restocking fee imposed by AVA Sound Source. Contact us at: [email protected], and submit a detailed explanation for return. For safe return shipping purposes, we also ask that item(s) be sent back to us in the original shipping box so that item arrives in the condition it was shipped in.
-Returns are not accepted on any fluid and aerosol cleaning items, unless they are defective.
Cancelled Orders & Refused Shipments
-Cancelled orders can be returned for a full product refund.
-Customer is responsible for shipping, regardless of whether item was originally sent in a free shipment.
-Items must arrive back in their original box and in its original condition to receive refund.
-Shipments refused by buyer will incur restock fees, taxes, and return shipping charges.

Prices are subject to change. Some titles are subject to limited availability, and on a first come, first serve basis. Unavailable items are either awaiting repress, back ordered, or sold out. Back ordered items will be fulfilled when available. Items ordered that are sold out will be refunded.
